C A R E : To keep your jewellery in optimum condition remove when interacting with harsh chemicals and detergents. When you are not wearing your jewellery store in a box/soft cloth bag.
For silver you can make a paste of baking soda and water and gently buff with a cloth or tooth brush. You can also use white toothpaste. Or boil with baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt for just a few minutes and polish with soft cloth.
For gold use a little white toothpaste and polish with soft cloth.
For gold brass—believe it or not—tomato sauce works well if you rinse with water after. It is useful to use clear nail polish on the inside of your jewellery to prevent it from tarnishing (never fall victim to the clammy hand).
You can make a lemon and baking soda solution. Vinegar and salt with a soft cloth works well. Make sure to rub with olive oil after to prevent it from tarnishing!

Availability of items are not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notifying you.
For international orders, you may be charged customs and duties depending on the country the order is being shipped to. As these costs are out of our control we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be, July Child is also not liable for these costs. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Many factors can influence the condition of jewellery. Therefore you should make sure that your jewellery is properly cleaned, polished and stored. Please read through the care instructions to ensure your precious jewels are kept looking their best.Care Instructions
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with our returns address. The buyer is responsible for shipping their return within 7 days of receiving our returns address. Any items shipped after that will be accepted at our discretion. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
- Jewellery which has been returned in the original packaging and is unworn will be refunded.
- Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back. July Child is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties reimbursement. We recommend you send back any returns using a signed for postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 7 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. July Child reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
